This 360-assessment tool doesn’t only give you an in-depth comparison between how you perceive yourself as a leader and how your peers, direct reports and bosses are experiencing you, it also reveals the relationship between the patterns of actions and internal assumptions that are driving your behavior. The level of integration of leadership development theory of this assessment tool is second to none, and will no doubt give you a profound understanding of where you’re standing in your own journey as a leader.
The Leadership Circle profile data is collected through a series of questions that are answered both by you and a selected group of people chosen by you. These selected group of people can come from categories such as Boss’s boss, Boss, Peers, Direct reports and others. The interface is user friendly and all you have to do is complete your survey and provide the e-mails of your participants. We will take care of everything else!
Once you and your participants complete the survey, you will get a full profile report, which includes a summary and explanation of your scores, as well as a 360o graph to help you understand your results visually. You will then explore your profile in a 90-minutes debrief session with Dr. Furth (Who was trained and certified by the developers of the assessment themselves!). In this debrief session you will discuss implications of your results, the impact that they are likely having in your professional life, concrete adjustments that could be made in order to be more aligned with your vision and immediate next steps to consider.
